Update 0.0.8 - NPC Worker AI

Reworks.

• Reworked the way crops work to make it work with the Workers AI.
• Crops will now leave a template behind when its done, so workers know what to plant.
• Crops can now be removed with right click when on them

Added

• Added Works NPCs, when you add a Store 3 of them will spawn with it, each will have different work speeds. (For Testing Purposes)
• A Worker can gather, plant and water the crops.
